Disclaimer
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Caliper is an informational and educational tool operated by an individual based in Israel. Nothing on Caliper is investment advice. This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Not investment advice
Nothing provided by Caliper — including rankings, scores, fundamental indicators, discounted-cash-flow and other valuations, intrinsic-value estimates, sell-signals, backtests, portfolio analysis, AI-generated research, or any other content — is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or to make any investment or transaction. Content is general in nature and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs.
2. Not a licensed adviser or broker
Caliper is not a licensed investment adviser, investment marketer, or portfolio manager under Israel's Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Investment Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995, and is not registered or licensed as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial professional with the Israel Securities Authority or any regulator in any other jurisdiction.
3. No advisory or fiduciary relationship
Using the Service creates no fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship. We do not manage money, exercise discretion over any account, or place trades. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
4. Do your own research; consult a professional
You should independently verify any information and consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional who can consider your individual circumstances before making any investment decision.
5. Risk of loss
All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Securities prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
6. Accuracy and third-party data
Content is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Much of it relies on third-party and public data sources (including market data, SEC/EDGAR filings, and news) whose accuracy, timeliness, and availability we do not control and do not guarantee. Data may differ from your broker's or other sources.
7. AI-generated content
Some content is generated by artificial-intelligence models. AI output can be wrong, biased, or fabricated (“hallucinated”), is not independently verified before it is shown, and must not be relied upon as fact or as advice. Treat it as one input among many.
8. Backtests and hypothetical results
Backtested and hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not represent actual trading, and does not account for all real-world costs, liquidity, slippage, or market conditions. Past performance and hypothetical or backtested results do not guarantee or indicate future results.
9. Forward-looking statements
Any statements about future events, growth, sentiment, or outlook are forward-looking and inherently uncertain. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and no such statement is a promise or guarantee.
10. No offer where prohibited
The Service is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or use would be contrary to law. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caliper and its operator accept no liability for any loss or damage, including any investment loss, arising from reliance on any content or from use of (or inability to use) the Service. Your use of the Service is subject to the limitations in our Terms of Service.
